DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to again dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Hussein Obama has usurped the Office of the President of the United States Of America. 

As a citizen, though not a Natural Born Citizen, the Usurper sitting in the office of the President of the United States is guilty of treason.

Every member of Congress, every member of the Cabinet and their departments, every member of the Supreme Court, every Secretary of State and any other complicit in allowing him to Usurp the office under the guise of a questionable voting process, is equally guilty of treason.

Any uniformed member of the military or law enforcement that follow, or have followed, orders in direct contradiction of the U.S. Constitution, may be charged with treason upon a satisfactory trial of their peers.

As the sitting Usurper is guilty of treason by virtue of the fact he knew he was ineligible for the position, having already circumvented the Constitution, it is easy to see why every move he has made since the treasonous act during the inauguration has been in direct contradiction of our Constitution.

However, everyone with Congress who are found to have had knowledge of his ineligibility, but voted for the Bailout/Stimulus packages is potentially guilty of treason even if they were not found complicit based on the election process, specifically the Electoral College vote certification.

As well, previous administrations have played a role in passing laws that subvert the Constitution and paved the way for total turnover of US government sovereignty to entities utilizing the United Nations and seeking global government—against the Constitution of the United States.

The charges stemming from this foundational treason on behalf of the government to install a Usurper more than nullifies the necessity to list every decision, order and policy passed during the time of an Unconstitutional government.

He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

George Bush and Richard Cheney are charged with treason for Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us.

All subsequent governmental officials who have continued to impose an unConstitutional Federal Income Tax on the people are hereby charged with Grand Theft.

 In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms reaching even the Supreme Court without achieving justice for our cases.  Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. 

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our deceived brethren, also Free People who have chosen tyranny over liberty. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their preferred treasonouse legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the Free People on the Land of the united States of America, do solemnly publish and declare, That these we are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent People; that we are Absolved from all Allegiance to the Usurper Government established in Washington, DC through treasonous acts, and that all political connection between them and any former remnants of the highjacked Government of the United States is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent People, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent Peoples may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
