If we haven’t learned ANYTHING by now, we should have learned that WHAT the mainstream media is SAYING is the distraction–all of it. Yes, every bit of it even the stuff that people say that is true (that 5% of the truth) is designed to keep us off the real mark.

So with that in mind, how do we get to the real answers? We watch the very subtle clues of WHAT they DO. As a Business Development Consultant, I quickly learned that talk is cheap and doesn’t help the bottom line. CEOs with egos easily become fascists–employing influence and control–because they lack the knowledge required to create RESULTS. If you want to turn a company around, you must look at ONLY the performance indicators: investment, manpower, productivity, cashflow and profit.

About 14 months ago, I wrote an article for my first blog titled, “Hostile Takeover.” I didn’t fully understand the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), the fraudulent 13th, 14th and 15th amendments to the Constitution (with the 14th creating the corporate USA), but I did understand business mergers and acquisitions. And when companies don’t seek to ‘merge’ together willingly, they often become victims of manipulation resulting in a hostile, unfriendly, unwelcome takeover. In a nutshell, thank you, Barbara, the UCC was a way the government could structure itself in order to usurp/circumvent Common Law of which our own inalienable rights are drawn from and upon which our Constitution was initially based.

One way a hostile takeover can be accomplished, is for the company looking to acquire another company to approach the Corporate management with an offer to purchase (for a public company, they would need to own the majority of shares). If the company doesn’t want to sell, the acquiring company may decide to place a bid for shares to the public shareholders in order to acquire ownership WITHOUT management’s consent. Case in point, do you remember how the shareholders of Yahoo! were mad at the CEO for turning down the generous offer from Microsoft for purchase? That shareholder pressure, while not appearing hostile, was in effect a hostile takeover. They presented the offer to management, but the amount was leaked to the public and shareholders caught on.

Another, even more underhanded, way–the banker’s way of doing business mergers–would be for the acquiring company to strategically place a Chairman/CEO candidate within the company they seek to acquire, usually some generous investment ushers his way in. When that CEO (in politics you might call them a Manchurian candidate/usurper) is in place, terms are decided and the acquiring company finally unveils their actual takeover AFTER all the negotiations behind the scenes has been conducted. Then it appears to be a new company without any resistance being shown. The value of the acquired company never suffers from too much bad publicity as the new CEO assures everything in done to the benefit of the ‘new owner.’ You might NOW understand the intent behind EVERY ACTION Obama (I like to refer to him as ‘Zero’) since taking office last January.

Now, to get back to the topic at hand today, you might be wondering what these examples have to do with China being in charge? Well, if you haven’t totally fallen into the wormhole Glenn Beck has been selling about how the Progressives are the real enemy and Obama and the Progressives are such radical communists, then you might still be able to track with the REAL results that have taken shape.

When last I wrote, I was waiting for telltale signs of what China might be looking to confiscate with their $47 trillion Lien against the US government, signed on November 11, 2009 (Veteran’s Day, if I remember correctly). That lien, which was filed with the international courts and authorities, gave China the right (at least from an international legal standpoint) to seize US assets anywhere in the world, or as ‘feasible.’

Shortly after that move, we saw an Executive Order signed/revised granting INTERPOL full diplomatic immunity to operate within the US borders. Those who have already signed onto the Asian NWO alignment, such as Benjamin Fulford, and the folks at www.worldreports.org, are prepared to win big in this takeover scenario. As they are the sources revealing many things going on behind the scenes, some of which appears quite accurate. Fulford has told us that China is full of Christians and he is prepared for their rule because it will be more benevolent than our own governments have been. Really?

But I’m jumping ahead a bit. Following the INTERPOL Executive Order, we still didn’t see where the Chinese had ‘acquired’ any US assets. I had suspected that the ‘pier’ being built near Camp Pendleton, CA was for the Chinese to land their own troops and resources here while the transition of property was being conducted. How many troops would they need in order to peacefully seize $47 trillion worth of property? Would they be moving American citizens from their soon-to-be foreclosed homes? That certainly wouldn’t be their top priority. I figured it would be more likely they will seize our farmland as the control of food is far more attractive than oil in the long run. There are other energy sources, but food is a finite commodity each harvest season and not easily replaced.

Still, they couldn’t do that right away in all likelihood. So, given that the International Monetary Fund OWNS China (via their takeover and control of currency and trade), and the IMF says they own most of the US key resources and utilities (like the entire Great Lakes and surrounding operations), what else might they be on a shopping spree for over here?

Come on, think about it. We know the Rockefellers have been saying for years that the Chinese are the ideal workers for a global government in the future. And with the endless amount of human labor under their authority, they wouldn’t need us Americans to do much. What would they most covet from within the US?

Yes, that’s right: our ‘Superpower’ status is what they are after. Destroy the dollar, transfer the replacement currency to China (the Amero and $800 billion was sent to them several months ago) and let them come and seize the prized possession of the US ‘corporate’ government structure: the Military Industrial Complex.

So how do we know this is what they are after? Well, today, another little piece of the puzzle fell into place. I happened to hear it while surfing on the radio. It came from Glenn Beck: “Obama has removed China from our ’spy list.’” They WERE in the top position there, though I think that was just a CYA for the Bushes and the Clintons to get folks to fear the country they have been selling us out to for decades.

But, today Zero showed his cards for anyone smart enough to watch actions over words. Why would he do such a thing? When did they STOP becoming a national threat (at least on the surface)? When they came over here ready to prosecute 168 of our former administration members? Once they decided to place an offer of $47 trillion down on the table in exchange for our ’superpower’ status, they had completed the second example outlined above of a hostile takeover via a ‘planted’ Chairman/CEO.

If we are to follow the UCC to its final conclusion, we will see that this is the last play. The US has been fully acquired by China. The US is now merged with the global government. End of story. There will be no bankruptcy declared (we dodged THAT bullet), as we were sold-out just before that could happen. But now, like all employees who realize the boss is playing for the other team, we must simply watch what the RESULTS of this charade of corporate law over common law will be.

You can, like Benjamin Fulford, believe we are in better hands with the Chinese than with the European side of the NWO. But I can’t see how there is ANY difference. If the London-based control of the NWO subsumed China via their currency control, aren’t they the new ‘owners’ of the corporate USA?

And if patriots decide to fight this ‘legal’ farce through available tactics, procedures or militias, what are the risks that might be encountered?

Will our military now follow the orders of the Chinese at the helm of our MIC? Will the Chinese be able to shut down any weapon system they seek to employ against them using their supercomputer management and ‘espionage’ over the last few decades to highjack our technological weapons? They did shut down Dick Cheney’s plane one time and forced him to land in Singapore (if I remember correctly). This ongoing Chinese ‘espionage’ was simply a cover for the Bush/Clinton teams providing them access in preparation for this final move of a ‘hostile takeover’ of the USA corporation.

So who do you NOW work for? Who is writing your paychecks, retirement checks and disability checks? Can you see how your retirement has already been negotiated through with the new ‘owners?’ Healthcare, too, they just need to rubberstamp it, but it serves as just a great diversionary topic they didn’t want to do it too soon. All the while YOU didn’t have ANY say in the matter. Oh, and don’t forget, amnesty will be so easy because, well the Chinese can control Mexico and Canada with very little effort, too.

Where do we stand now, my fellow sovereign people? If we can find any quarter with which to fight this legal farce of a takeover, we need to seek that remedy NOW. Because if the global media can sell it to the rest of the world, any blowback by the people formerly known as “Americans” will be met with very swift military action.

Now, just imagine what the global media will be playing over and over again to the global audience? All of the American autrocities over the years so there will be no chance of the old structure resurfacing. The American people will be hated, loathed and persecuted.

But when you realize the Zero was a British citizen at birth. Born to parents who were ‘regime changers’ for our government over the years, is it really any surprise that he doesn’t salute the American Flag, or did not allow a military jet fly-over just recently for an event where this has taken place for 42 straight years? The Pentagon approved the fly-over, but he disapproved it.

Why are we still caught up in seeing ourselves as citizens of a country that hasn’t existed in financial reality since 1922 when the IMF seized control of the US Treasury?

If you believe in inalienable rights that come from our Creator, you surely MUST be able to see the reality of what is going on around you. If you do NOT, then let me suggest you seek the face of the Living God by repenting of your sins and asking for salvation.

When you hear God’s warning of the destruction of America, you will be FREE to seek His glory and to find liberty wherever He leads you.

China may be in charge of the bogus USA corporation, but they will never own our hearts, minds, bodies and souls. That is reserved for the Living God. Don’t forget who you are and who paid the price for this most important status you enjoy. Say good-bye to the ‘American Idol.’

WARNING: I now believe I have reasonable grounds to suspect there may be a “false flag” attack carried out during the Olympics in Canada. The games will take place in Vancouver and Whistler from Feb. 12^th until Feb. 28^th. Below, I have compiled the following suspicious activity by searching and analyzing the news from various media sources and by speaking with citizens in Canada themselves.

In my opinion, an attack on the Olympics while it is being highly guarded would be the perfect way to bring in more police state measure and to more fully integrate the US and Canada into a functioning North American Union. But the question remains, is that really what is happening right now?

Two tons out of 6,000 tons of Ammonium Nitrate, (a material used in making powerful explosives) have gone missing from a shipment to a storage facility in the Vancouver area from a company that was recently bought out for $22 billion by some of the world’s largest financial companies. These companies are Goldman Sachs, AIG, The Carlye Group and others. The company that was purchased is called Kinder Morgan. Kinder Morgan didn’t report the two tons missing for over a month, when they did report it they came back a week later only to say they simply made a “clerical error”. Soon after the announcement, the RCMP started their investigation and came back saying they can’t confirm that it was really accounted for. Kinder Morgan has also tried to point out that they are only one company in the chain that had contact with the shipments. 250 truckloads were reportedly sent to Dyno Nobel (an explosives company) for packaging. There were also trucking companies hired to ship the product that the RCMP is attempting to track down. To put this into perspective, it is claimed that only one ton of this material was used during the Oklahoma City bombing, and now two tons are missing. That amount is more than enough material to cause substantial damage to numerous locations. With all of this said, the question arises, who has the capability and the motive to steal two tons of Ammonium Nitrate?

The media is suddenly going wild about how Al-Qaeda terrorists in Afghanistan are now using Ammonium Nitrate for explosives and the Afghani government has banned the use of the material. Right on cue, as if it were a screenplay, and four days before the State of the Union address, the guy you have all heard of since 9/11, haven’t seen in a long time and who is probably dead, Mr. Usama Bin Laden ladies and gentlemen, give him a round of applause! He just came out in what is probably going to turn out to be yet another faked video and predictably praised the underwear bomber that burned his genitals in a failed bombing attempt on Christmas Day of 2009 and said the attacks will continue until we stop supporting Israel. In fact, look just how effective these guys are, they can get our freedoms taken away by our own governments, simply by penetrating our security and hurting only themselves in the process, clever aren’t they?

In a recent development Canadian parliament has been prorogued (A term where they are suspended typically in order to make new legislation and where all governmental power resides within the office of the Prime Minister.) until March 3rd (Remember that date.) after the games. The Prime Minister has also been given the sole responsibility for making the judgment call to shoot down any high jacked aircraft; normally this is not his responsibility.

This is strangely the same as before 9/11 where Dick Cheney was given control of the military air defenses for a short time due to war games being conducted, and he denied the request to shoot down the plane approaching the Pentagon. This was testified to by Transportation Secretary, Norman Mineta in front of the 9/11 Commission, though no mention of this was given in the final report you can still watch the video of his testimony.

British Columbia’s privacy office has been frozen, leaving the government unaccountable, says a leaked letter.

“Operations at the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner have ceased, leaving British Columbians with no independent office to hold the government accountable, says a leaked letter marked “Extremely Urgent” to the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly. The letter, sent Friday, is from the executive director of the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner, Mary Carlson, and is addressed to Bill Barisoff. She said staff have shut down the whole operation to avoid any legal issues that could arise from reviewing cabinet files or law-enforcement information. Their duties also include opening appeal files and privacy complaints, securing and reviewing records on the subject of an appeal, authorizing time extensions to respond to access requests and policing the timeliness of government responses to access requests.”

Hospitals cancelled 2,400 elective surgeries to make room for apparently, much expected patients needing surgeries during the Olympics. Of course, public relations is blaming them for doing it for other reasons like saving money. They say that even if that makes no sense, because the government had no problem spending well over a billion dollars on the Olympics, they are clearly not hurting for money, even if that is what some people think.

The same Israeli company Verint, whose camera systems were on buses and the London underground and inconveniently (for us) malfunctioned on 7/7/05 during the London Bombings, was the same company to install cameras in Vancouver Airport, the subways in Montreal, and other key locations around Canada. Also, worthy of noting is that in the past, during a large terrorist attack where their systems are installed, as the DOW goes down, stocks at Verint have always shown to have gone up. Security measures have been increased to an historic all-time high with a budget of $900 million dollars, amid financial turmoil. Security includes the foreign United States military using NORAD to secure the air, purchases of 800 CCTV security cameras, new fences, two remote submarines to check for underwater threats and even bomb sniffing dogs. Canadian military with warships, black helicopters and fighter jets have been seen floating and flying around the Vancouver area already in January causing fear to many Canadians. There will also be tens of thousands of police and private security forces who are reported to be renting schools and trailers to use as bases for their operations.

Strangely enough, regardless of the build-up of security they have undertaken and the threat of attacks, they seem to double-think and claim to not be worried about it that much and are even allowing weaknesses in security to be exploited through the media. The contracted security companies have even been hiring people with zero background in security to help run security at the games, people who will not even have enough time to train properly to do their job.

The corporate/government-controlled media outlets are exaggerating the threat of radical Islamic terrorism and the UK has raised the threat level to “severe”. The media is also throwing around the term “Al-Qaeda” specifically, it almost seems as if they are trying to scare people. In addition, they’ve even said there is fear of a repeat of the 1996 Atlanta bomb blast.

*My explanation of why the media is used to scare people:

The method for control that professional mind manipulators use is referred to as “Problem, Reaction, Solution” and works using basic mind manipulation techniques, like this; first they cause a traumatic event, a good example that relates to this is 9/11. This causes people lots of grief, pain and fear, and when a traumatic event occurs, the mind naturally attempts to figuratively construct what is sometimes called an “amnesia wall” around that event to block it out, this is a way our mind helps us to deal with fear by forgetting about it. But you can’t just forget about it, you have to have a reason that behavior is acceptable in light of the present danger.

Next, the programming is set in place of who is the enemy and who can stop them. The next phase is to cause the people to recall the traumatic event(9/11/01). By suggesting and warning about the possibility it could happen again, they help to reinforce peoples’ fears of having to experience another traumatic incident.

So by causing them to access the (traumatic) memory that their conscious mind is actively trying to block out, this actually causes them to access the programming they were given after that previous traumatic event happened. The programming was set in place for what should happen next in the case that the traumatic memory is ever brought up again. Subsequently, this causes them to chase after the “hero image” (The government in this case.) that was previously set up for them to trust in to save them from ever having to experience another traumatic incident. Thus the people are willing to relinquish their freedom for security.

By doing so they are exploiting natural processes in the mind and exploiting the “Problem, Reaction, Solution” formula for control. In short, it works by creating a problem, getting the victim to respond to the problem, and providing the victim with a predetermined solution to that problem that was created for them, to bring about a desired outcome for the controller.

Olympic protests are being rightly predicted to be held by people who are being labeled radicals, (Who in the public mind have begun being associated with “terrorists” and even labeled “domestic terrorists”.) some of the protesters may truly be radicals, and some have publicly stated that they will use violence to disrupt the Olympic games. Certainly though, not all of the protestors are violent extremists. That to me is suspicious as well, who would publicly call for acts of violence and destruction other than someone who is being protected? As if this isn’t enough, Vancouver Integrated Security Unit basically stated that they would not necessarily rule out using agent provocateurs in protests (another false-flag technique), that is very alarming for the peaceful protestors planning to attend.

We also have some strange things happening that have proven in the past to be unusually accurate about predicting the future (Ex. Tom Clancy’s novel that predicted the incident between Russian and Georgia). Here, we find a recent novel written about the Olympics being attacked by terrorists in 2010 in Vancouver, setting the precedent that this is something possible and we should expect it and be afraid. This also is used, once again to cause us to recall a traumatic event such as 9/11 (by the Al Qaeda association) and associate it with the new potential traumatic event (Olympics attack) so the same programming about what to believe and how to act carries over.

Another strange thing someone noticed is that we have a Hollywood movie (2012) placed in the year 2012, (a movie about the destruction of the world and the elite leaving behind the masses in protective bunkers only to save themselves) mentioning British Columbia 2010. Why was that put in there? Before 9/11 we saw 9/11 in the movies, on TV shows, in books and in video games. Someone knew a long time ago what was being planned for the future.

I believe that there will still be hundreds of thousands of people in the area on March 3rd trying to get out using the underground rail, boats, planes and other various modes of transportation. This sets the stage as a prime target for a large death toll and mass hysteria. Locals that left on vacation will also be returning home around this time; the events officially end on Feb. 28, 2010.

Also, I want to point out something a bit strange. Notice the pattern of doubled odd numbers with each of the three previous false flag terrorism events; 3/11 in Madrid, 9/11 in New York, 7/7 in London, and possibly 3/3 in Vancouver. Could another false flag fall on March 3^rd?

There was a foiled “terror plot” called the “Toronto 18” in which 18 people were arrested and detained. Their plan was reportedly to behead the Prime Minister and use Ammonium Nitrate bombs to blow up targets around Canada. The leader has been sentenced to prison for life and is serving that time, but another walked away free after being sentenced 7 years in prison because of his four years already spent in jail. Why did the judge let someone who states he wants people to die to leave jail? And what has happened to the other 16 people? Could they be agents and the “ringleader” a patsy? It’s not out of the question.

An electrical hydro vault in downtown Vancouver also exploded recently and injured three workers while they were doing “regular maintenance”. Electrical maintenance on a thing they claim isn’t even being used for anything? Now, I don’t know about you, but that’s at least a little bit suspicious to me. Why were they working on something that isn’t even used? I find it even more suspect because in the novel that I mentioned earlier, the author calls for cutting power to certain areas in order to facilitate the terrorist attacks. None of the injured workers have been named or interviewed by anyone at all and the cause of the explosion is still “under investigation” by WorkSafe BC. Could this relate to preparations for an attack? Was it a cover for illegal things happening nearby? Or was it just an accident?

The Canadian government bought over $1 million worth of tickets, over 3,200 seats, and refuses to tell why, or who gets them, if anyone does. In some seemingly good news, some politicians are refusing to accept tickets as perks because they say it is “inappropriate”. More recently though,

Originally, tickets were sold out in two days, prices varied but went as high as $750 per event. Soon after, those who purchased the tickets began to resell them online for higher prices, some as high as $5,000. Ticket sales at those prices have been steady for months until a couple of weeks ago. Suddenly tickets aren’t being purchased, and lots of people are selling their tickets! Tickets are now being sold at prices lower than they were originally. Usually, before an event, the price will go up, but apparently people don’t want to go now, why would that be?

Is it possible that after 9/11, spotting false-flag style terrorism is so much easier now that people have been educated and people have begun seen these things on their own? Is it that people don’t trust their own governments? It’s becoming very evident that people are losing trust in their governments, and they shouldn’t trust them either. There are scores of sites now popping up warning about this possible attack on the Olympics, and searching for more evidence that this could be a false-flag attack. A friend of mine in the Army at Ft. Bragg, NC said to me in recent months that he believes the US military is preparing for a false-flag attack. Now that was scary for me to hear, because he didn’t go into any more detail than that. Anything is possible, and these things are plausible. We don’t need to be afraid, we just need to get the word out, if we do, this may never happen. The reason it would happen is so it could be blamed on another entity, if they can’t do that anymore, they lose that method and have less power over us. Together by spreading the information about this, we can eliminate the threat of false flag terror take away that weapon from those who wish to exploit it and we can use this information as a weapon and turn it right back around on them. I would rather nothing happen, but if it does, we’re going to be here ready to answer why we thought it would happen, and ready to turn this event back against them. Navy Vet Caught with Grenade Launcher, Maps of Military Base and Arab Headdress

A possible false flag terror attack to be blamed on Muslims has been foiled after a Navy vet was busted with a grenade launcher, assault rifles and hundreds of rounds of ammunition, as well as Arab headdress, in New Jersey yesterday. Initial media reports speculated that the man was planning a terrorist attack on a U.S. military base in the area.

“Lloyd Woodson, 43, whose last known address was Reston, Va., today faces multiple offenses, including second-degree unlawful weapons possession and fourth-degree possession of prohibited weapons, Somerset County Prosecutor Wayne Forrest said,” reports the New Jersey Star Ledger.

“Branchburg police confronted Woodson at 3:55 a.m. at the Quick Chek convenience store on Route 28 after receiving a call reporting a suspicious person. Branchburg Patrolman Steven Cronce noticed a large bulge beneath the green, military-style jacket that Woodson was wearing, which was later determined to be the assault rifle with a defaced serial number, Forrest said.”

After searching his hotel room, police found a grenade launcher, hundreds .50-caliber and .308-caliber rounds, a police scanner, as well as “Middle Eastern red and white traditional headdress”.

“The man may have had plans to attack a U.S. military base,” reported Fox New Jersey, adding that the amount of weapons he had led police to suspect he was a terrorist.

The FBI were remarkably swift in distancing the man from any link with terrorists, despite the fact that his deadly arsenal was accompanied by maps of a military facility.

“The FBI said a man charged with multiple weapons offenses after a cache of weapons and maps of a military facility were found in his New Jersey motel room has no known terrorism link,” reported the Associated Press this morning.

Imagine if a Muslim had been busted with grenade launchers, assault rifles, and maps of military facilities. Authorities and the media would instantly claim he was part of an Al-Qaeda conspiracy and launch all kinds of fearmongering about the inevitability of getting hit again by terrorists unless we give up our rights – just as they did in the aftermath of the failed underwear bombing incident.

Within days, the ghost of Osama Bin Laden would once again be manufactured to claim involvement and members of the military-industrial complex would be pimping their latest hi-tech tools of enslavement.

However, because this was probably a false flag operation gone awry, it will be buried and you’ll never hear anything of it again.

This is not the first time that military personnel have been apparently caught in the preparation of a terrorist attack to be blamed on Arabs as part of a false flag.

As we reported in September 2005, two individuals wearing Arab clothes, wigs and headdress shooting at police in Basra were later discovered to be British SAS soldiers. According to the Basra governor Mohammed al-Waili, one policeman was shot dead and another was injured during an attack that was patently a set up to be blamed on insurgents.

Early media reports about the incident also stated that the men were carrying explosives, but this detail vanished from subsequent coverage.

The soldiers were arrested and taken to a nearby jail where they were confronted and interrogated by an Iraqi judge.

The initial demand from the puppet authorities that the soldiers be released was rejected by the Basra government. At that point tanks were sent in to “rescue” the SAS men amidst chaos that resulted in around 150 prisoners escaping from the jail.

The only outlet to ask any serious questions was Australian TV news which according to one viewer gave, “credibility to the conspiracy theorists who have long claimed many terrorist acts in Iraq are, in fact, being initiated and carried out by US, British and Israeli forces.”

Free People – You just have to wonder what the Feds have on this ‘vet’ in order to get him to carry out this ‘mission.’  It is far easier to trust someone to successfully complete a difficult task that has some other, darker threat hanging over their heads.  This explains the smiling Maj. Hasan caught on video at a convenience store with a broad smile just hours before the Ft Hood incident. 

As we have reported here many times, the local law enforcement are sometimes NOT standing down and waiting for the FBI to give them final ‘proof’ before going after ‘terrorists’ in their own jurisdiction.  Hooray for these law enforcement folks!!!

Declaration of Independence, Ver 2.0

Regarding our Declaration of Independence, Ver 2.0, Posted in May 2009, we wanted to share with you the comments of a recent signer.  His thoughts are important, powerful and affirming.  It is TRUE that our freedoms come directly from God and as such, humbling ourselves in prayer is the first step to liberty.  Here is what DiehardPatriot has to say:

“Sedition must first occur before treason charges can be levied. In this case sedition has slowly been implemented from within the federal government for at least the last 20 years and especially since congress authorized the ‘FED” in 1913 and in a time of war which is punishable by death for treason, and high crimes and misdemeanors. That was a big down turn to our present financial woes. All the actions taken by ‘The Usurper” and congress has cost jobs and subsequently people have lost their homes and many whom haven’t had the fortune to have relatives to live with were forced to live like vagrants in tent cities while this Usurper” and family as well as members of congress and their staffers stuffed their faces with good wholesome food in comfortable surroundings and enjoyed Thanksgiving and Christmas doing likewise. Free People – Any new folks to this site might want to review the 12 Free People Action Statements as well.  If we all follow these steps, we can rebuild a Republic as it is meant to start–at the county level first.  States may be working things at the same time, but unless WE THE PEOPLE, “who hold these truths to be self-evident,” remember to do the two most important things: 1) Love God; and 2) Love Thy Neighbor as Thyself; a Republic can NOT stand. 

God is at the center of ANY Republic.  Just as He must be at the center of any marriage.  It is His leadership that provides liberty.  Our 12 Action Statements support EVERY aspect of our inalienable rights.  There is power in taking these steps as they are in line with the Word of God.  No FREE PERSON can hope to live another day in freedom if we are cooperating with a government that is targeting individuals that oppose them in any way. 

Another key step to securing out liberty is lost on many patriots.  We can not hope to be free of the sin of the oppressors if we are STILL using their money system.  Free People recommends the following solution HERE.  The timing is right as folks are finally starting to realize those government checks and fiat dollars can NOT be relied upon in the very near future.

MT Group Demands Local Leaders Boot Feds, Form Militia, Protect Guns, By Justin Elliott, TPMMuckraker, Jan 22, 2010

A group of nearly 200 “extremely concerned citizens” in a small Montana county are demanding that local leaders fill out a “questionnaire” pledging to form a local militia, prohibit mandatory vaccinations, boot the EPA out of town, allow citizens to bear any type of gun, and require federal government employees to get written approval before approaching “any Citizen.”

Organized in part by a group called Celebrating Conservatism, which is lead by a woman who quit the state GOP after complaining of “fake” Republicans, the questionnaire was presented this week to the county commissioners and sheriff of Ravalli County, according to the local Republic newspaper.

Celebrating Conservatism’s worldview appears to be rooted in the militia movement. Last year it hosted Jack McLamb, head of the Idaho-based Police and Military Against the New World Order, which agitates against “world government rule.”

Ravalli County, population 35,000, sits about an hour south of Missoula in southwestern Montana.

The Ravalli questionnaire, which you can read here, demands that local officials pledge:

• To form and command a county militia of all citizens 18 or older. However, it adds: “Note: Women must serve, but not in a combat capacity unless the men are in danger of being overrun.”
• “To absolutely prohibit all efforts, Federal, State or city, that infringe upon the right to keep and bear arms including the requirement to have a permit to carry a concealed weapon and restrictions on the kinds of weapons one may possess and carry, eg., fully automatic, silenced, length of barrel, length of blade, opening mechanism of a knife, etc.”
• To require federal employees to obtain written permission from the sheriff before approaching local citizens.
• “To prohibit mandatory vaccinations.”
• To prohibit federal employees from collecting census information beyond the number of adults in each home.
• To block all Environmental Protection Agency employees from entering the country. (We should note here that the editor of the Republic tells us he knows of no EPA activity in the county.)
• “To use the term ‘peace officer’ in lieu of the current law enforcement officer.’”

Robert Gairing of Stevensville, a town south of Missoula, told the Republic “we need to know definitively whether or not our public officials will defend their oath and our constitutional rights and be willing to take positive constitutional action on our behalf.”

Reached today by TPMmuckraker, Gairing, who helped compose the questionnaire, said he decided to stop talking to media because “it’s way too complicated to give justice to in an interview.” He added that no elected offiicals have filled out the questionnaire yet.

Free People – If they want to be really successful, they should follow ALL 12 Free People Action Statements, including forming a Local Currency board HERE.  That way the 60% of folks in their area that receive checks from state and federal government (payroll, disability, retirement) will have a way to operate (see time-based credit).  Otherwise, we are fighting a serious uphill battle if we are tied to the fiat USD and will be forced further under the thumb and heel of the jackboot NWO.

It would seem folks are starting to get the picture that you can’t win a battle without holding some ground.  Patriots can’t fight Washington while living in the backwoods.  We CAN however, hold the backwoods and not give up any ground.  That is how we start to win and cut off fascism’s tentacles and follow them right back to their taproot:  Washington, DC.  But we have to hold all the ground in between, first. 

Share the 12 Free People Action Statements with everyone you know.  If all patriots took the same steps, we would WIN this battle by the end of February!!!  Why wait until November?

How can we win it?  We gain the minds of the local people, we strengthen the County Sheriffs by letting them know we will put our lives, time and money on the line for the Constitution and will stand shoulder to shoulder with him in getting rid of the Feds. 

This is a peaceful way of showing the power of the people.  Even if the Feds decide to make a show of force, they can only do it in a few areas at a time.  By that time, we will have swept the country with our know-how in restoring a Republic. 

We DON”T NEED WASHINGTON.  We ONLY need freedom from their interference!!!
